Our Team
Born from a desire to teach, and a passion for human resources, we built ourselves up to become a leading recruitment agency for businesses across the Congo. Since our establishment, we have successfully placed several candidates in suitable positions, ensuring that each business ecosystem sustains its culture and strengthens its structure.
We take care to develop a deep understanding of our clients and their needs in order to recruit individuals that can become valuable assets within their business. This is also an approach that we use within our own business. Each individual that we place within our business meets our requirements, from basic behavioural traits to experience and skillsets, in order to form a staff capable of providing a service that aligns with our company values.

At Congo Skills Alliance, we share many values, but our focus is consistently on integrity, respect, professionalism, improvement, and progress. Integrity is the foundation of our business values as we believe that trust among colleagues and clients alike is an essential factor for success. Just as we trust each other in the workplace, so do we respect each other as we would respect our clients.
These two values, among others, have instilled a further sense of professionalism which encompasses ethics, responsibility, respect for commitments, and more. We strive for continuous improvements when providing our services – not only for us but for the greater satisfaction of our clients and employees. This is achieved through a consistent progression of skill through training programmes.
We use these values in our own practices, but we also apply them in our training to ensure that all candidates passing through our business adhere to the same values, including that of the company that they are being placed at.
